We seek individuals to join our Board of Directors who come from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. We are looking for individuals who can commit to 1-4 hours per week to help steer the course of our growth over the coming year.
As a small organization, we seek Board members who are excited to collaborate with staff and other board members. For almost ten years, we have worked to build community with programs that facilitate connections among Judaism, food, and agriculture — breathing new life into Jewish tradition, community, and identity. BJG is an organization dedicated to elevating questions of how we can feed ourselves and the world in a just and sustainable manner.
Serving on the BJG Board is a rewarding way to get involved in the Jewish community, learn more about Judaism and food, and increase awareness about feeding ourselves sustainably!
