In partnership with Temple Israel of Boston, we launched our first Beantown Jewish Garden in their backyard. On the site of their original Biblical Garden, next to the playground, we installed 5 raised beds, growing vegetables and educating in the community. We appreciate the donations of seedlings from Lands Sake Farm and Waltham Community Fields and numerous Temple members who took their time to help build it.

In August we co-hosted “Harvest ‘N Tonics” with the Riverway Project. More information is here.

Throughout the summer we hosted Tuesday nights in the Garden. In caring for our garden, we weeded, staked and harvested our 5 raised beds.
