Ganei Beantown recently set up an office space at Impact Hub Boston, a coworking community in downtown Boston made up of “social businesses addressing challenges both locally and globally.” After checking out a few spaces, Impact Hub stood out for it’s open space, welcoming people, and balance of networking opportunities.
Self described as “a unique ecosystem of resources, inspiration, and collaboration for individuals working to build a more sustainable world.” This sounds opportune for the next steps of Ganei Beantown growth. Here’s a bit of what’s going on:
- We are spending the winter in our new office space working to build the organizational infrastructure. Think spreadsheets, databases, visioning, networking, planning and calendaring. If you’d like to lend your voice to this process in some way, let us know.)
- There is exciting and diverse Tu Bishvat programming planned for the end of January.
- We’re doing our end of year fundraising as well. Donations of all amounts support our work. Help us out and make a tax-deductible donation today!
- Planning the 5th annual Boston Jewish Food Conference on April 3, 2016 at Congregation Shaarei Tefillah.
The physical space at Impact Hub is open and bright with expansive views from the 17th floor. There are shared conference rooms, kitchens, small meet up spaces and large event space. Thinking about the possibilities, here was my inspirational view this morning:
We look forward to meeting you in our new space, seeing you at an upcoming program and hearing your voice in conversations about our growth.
